Xenia Methodist Church

I had the pleasure of being invited to the Xenia Methodist Church today. They asked that my family attend so they could give my boys a gift. There is nothing better than being surrounded by God's people. Sunday is my favorite day of the week for that matter!
I was of course nervous not knowing what Trenton would do. We have always attended our church every Sunday and never visited another one. Just like I thought, he could not handle a different church with all unfamiliar people. However, I went with that plan in mind already. Nana and Pop left with Trenton while the rest of us stayed and listened to a very nice sermon led by my former basketball coach.
Andrew handled everything perfectly! He had Uncle Brian, Aunt Mindy, and Lincoln there too. Of course, Andrew was just fine!
On Sundays Andrew is an Uncle Brian, Aunt Mindy, and Lincoln boy! They are always great to let Andrew sit with them at church. Andrew just loves it!

A church that we are not members at because we worship elsewhere every Sunday bears our burden. Fellow Christians at another congregation bears our burden! There are a lot of good God loving people out there.

Galations 6
Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. 2Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. 3For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. 4But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. 5For every man shall bear his own burden.
6Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things. 7Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 8For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. 9And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. 10As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

This afternoon when it was time to play I gave Andrew a 4-wheeler rider. About 50% of the time he was saying, "No. Aunt Mindy." He wanted Aunt Mindy to give him a ride.
Mommy could not do anything with Andrew today, he only wanted his aunt, uncle, and cousin. He sure does love them!!!

Andrew does exactly what Lincoln does. Lincoln was trying to nap but Andrew kept him from doing it. I wish Andrew still napped.

John 13:34  A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
