Every day for the past week, Andrew comes up to me very upset talking about the hair on his legs.
"Mommy, take my hair off. Its getting darker." Andrew says in a panic stricken voice.
"Andrew, you are suppose to have hair on your legs. It is the way God made us." I tell him.
" I don't want the hair! Take it off." he yells and starts crying.
This goes on repeatedly until I can get him to "forget" about it for awhile.
He gets very distraught at times about the hair. It makes me wonder what it will be like when he gets older. I 100% believe the people that tell me that puberty is brutal for kids on the spectrum and their families.
